Items faulty within the warranty period
All our products come with a 12 month return to base warranty. If any of your goods develop a fault within 12 months simply contact our returns team who will issue you with a valid returns number. Once a returns number has been issued to you, if your replacement item is in stock we will supply with an advanced replacement on a next business day delivery. All customer returns are subject to testing on receipt.
If you have changed your mind about an item ordered and you wish to return it, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so providing you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt of order. The item you wish to return must be unopened with all seals unbroken, unused in an "as new" resalable condition. Under the DSR you have 28 calendar days to return the goods to us, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations.
Damaged in Transit
If any items are damaged in transit, you must report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly or refuse the delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the items back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the item is returned we will test for faults and once we have verified the fault we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

The customer should make sure parcels are adequately protected for transportation as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.
Please do not send any returns to us without a valid returns number.
Only returns received with a valid returns number will be processed.
