All KNX UK products come as standard with a 12 month return to base warranty.
If any of the goods purchased from KNX UK develop a fault within 12 months, simply contact our returns team who will issue you with a returns form to complete.
Once a return has been processed, a valid returns number will be issued to you.
if your replacement item is in stock we will supply you with an advanced replacement on a next business day delivery. If the item is out of stock, we will despatch a replacement once the item is back in stock
All customer returns are subject to testing on receipt. If an item is tested and deemed not faulty, the customer will be liable to pay for the advanced replacement (if sent) in full plus any delivery costs incurred.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
